1. Initial Inspection — meticulous identification of all potential defects using specialised equipment.
2. Joint Inspection — walkthrough with Building Service Centre (BSC) or Managing Agent (MA) to confirm all findings.
3. Final Rectification — verify all defects were properly fixed before move-in.
